CAS果蔬汁是以新鮮、成熟、質優的國產鮮果、蔬菜為原料,經良好自動化製程及嚴格品管所生產而得,不僅新鮮、品質優良且富含地方特色,更強調果蔬汁純度的〝誠實標示〞。
凡經CAS標章驗證之果蔬汁產品,均須在包裝袋正面清楚標示出該產品所含果蔬原汁實際純度,並隨時接受驗證機構的抽驗。

CAS果蔬汁3大特色

  • 選擇新鮮、成熟、質優的國產鮮果製成
    CAS果蔬汁原料係由新鮮成熟、色澤良好、形狀完整、無腐爛、外傷及病蟲害之果實及(或)蔬菜,經清洗後直接壓榨或濃縮而成。
  • 果汁純度確實:
    CAS果蔬汁於民國79年開始推動之初,即結合國內學者專家建立國產果蔬汁之純度判別方法,並應用於實際的驗證及產品的檢驗上,以保證『CAS優良果蔬汁標示之純度』的誠信可靠,保障消費者權益。
  • 果汁含量看的見:
    CAS果蔬汁產品所含原汁的百分比必定標示在包裝的正面,且字體的大小一定讓消費者可清楚看見,以辨別所買的果蔬汁純度,加上CAS標章驗證機構的持續監督及檢驗,對消費者之權益最有保障。

如何選購CAS果蔬汁

  • 選擇有品牌且有CAS標章者。
  • 選擇標示清楚、確實者,特別是:
      • 果汁含量百分比
      • 製造工廠
      • 有效日期
  • 選擇包裝密封,無破損或凹罐、凸罐者。
  • 熱充填之寶特瓶果汁產品,應選擇封口良好無破損或裂縫,且外觀完好者。優良之熱充填寶特瓶果汁,應看不到果汁之液面,但若看得見液面則表示該產品可能已經失去真空度。

CAS High Quality Fruit and Vegetable Juices

CAS high quality fruit and vegetable juices use fresh, ripen, high quality local fruits and vegetables as raw materials, and are produced with automatic facilities, good manufacture practices and under strictly quality control conditions. The products possess the characteristics of freshness, high quality, domestic taste, and emphasize honestly labeling of the purity of the juices. Fruit and vegetable juices accredited with CAS high quality logo should state clearly the percentage of the juice content, and should be inspected and confirmed by the executive organization in order to protect the rights of consumers and upgrading the whole image of the fruit and vegetable juice products.
